A huge thank you to local filmmaker Craige! His eagle eye alerted us to a platypus entangled in looped litter. He provided crucial footage, location, time, and direction of travel. This information, combined with alerts from our Platycam the following morning, gave us the clues we needed.

We were able to intervene and release the platypus the very next evening.
