Our fundraiser store contains a mix of products. While we hold stock of a small number of locally produced items e.g. stickers and soft toys, the majority of products are ‘print-on-demand’.

Print-on-demand products are a one-off, created just for you when you place an order. These products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you.

Returns
Due to the custom nature of our fundraiser store products, returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as wrong size, color, or change of mind. Please double-check your order before checking out.

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, we’re happy to help. Contact us within 30 days of receipt and we’ll make things right.

Shipping
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the shipping of print-on-demand products. International orders may take longer.

Also please note that mixed orders may arrive in separate parcels, on different days.
